Anyone knows a reliable resource about network conditions in Brazil? On mobile, speedtest.net/global-index gives 21.99 Mbps and opensignal.com/sites/opensignal-com/files/data/reports/global/data-2019-05/the_state_of_mobile_experience_may_2019_0.pdf gives 13 Mbps… And atlasandboots.com/remote-jobs/countries-with-the-fastest-internet-in-the-world/ gives only 4.84 Mbps on broadband, but no data for mobile… 🤷♂️On twitter.com
