  1. Apps that don’t work when there is some network, but not enough for online experience… 🤷‍♂️ #OfflineFirst doesn’t mean only full offline, there’s a network continuum to deal with. Here, @Apple’s own TV app (a mess) isn’t even able to play movies stored LOCALLY ON MY IPHONE!
