@brad_frost Simple and lightweight sounds like Parcel. Or, if you want to "compile" CSS, is that from Sass? If yes, then Dart Sass in CLI is nice, followed by PosrCSS at least for autoprefixer. For JS, I now use Rollup when not Parcel.
