      @vitalyf @LeaVerou One limit of these overflow scroll shadows is that the shadows are behind the text, right? It works well when the text and shadow colors match, but not so much when they differ. Has anyone made a CSS only version where shadows also dim the text?

        @vitalyf @LeaVerou For example for the navigation of nicolas-hoizey.photo/ on thin viewports, the links are white while the shadows are black.
